Speedline’s “Camalot Inside” Available on MPM^® Printers
	Speedline Technologies^® is pleased to announce that its award-winning Camalot Inside^TM dispensing technology is now available as an option on MPM Momentum^® printing platforms. This feature satisfies the need of many customers to provide basic, programmable   dispensing of SMT glue and			Typical applications for selective paste or adhesive place- ment include: - Adhesive application to hold large, heavy or cylindrical   parts in place before and during reflow - Additional paste for Pin-in-Paste applications - Paste build up for critical components when overprint   or stencil step up are not options.

The Camalot Inside option features Speedline’s Camalot^® Auger dispense pumps.  These pumps are fully integrated into the Momentum for seamless operation.   Accuracy and repeatability are the same as the Camalot FX-D^® dispenser.
With Camalot Inside, the required material is dispensed post-print.  Two independent pumps mounted on the Momentum’s wiper assembly allow easy access for syringe and material changes.  It is possible to dispense two different types of material, such as solder paste or SMT glue, or the same material that might require two different needle sizes. Height sensing is achieved using non-contact laser technology to determine the precise distance between the dispense needle and the PCB.  Correction and ‘snap-off’ are accomplished using the machine Z-axis.
